"The University of Sussex has been a longstanding sponsor of the Brighton Dome & Festival and views it as an important part of our continued commitment to the arts and the local community. The Festival gives the University an opportunity to work with leading thinkers and artists as well as a chance for us to engage with our own supporters at events." Vice-Chancellor, Professor Adam Tickell
We are grateful to be able to build mutually beneficial, year-round partnerships with local, national and international businesses, many of whom have been on board for several years.

Thank you to our sponsors:
The Patrons Circle is a growing group of creative & adventurous people with a passion for exploring and supporting the arts, culture and heritage of Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival. The support we receive from patrons helps ensure that Brighton & Hove remains the exciting and artistically rich city that it is today. In return, patrons are treated to events and experiences which bring them closer to the arts and into the heart of the organisation.

Brighton Dome & Brighton Festival are extremely grateful to the many trusts and foundations that have made our programme this year possible with their generosity. With their kind support, we have been able to:
- Commission a series of new works - ranging from big Festival outdoor circus pieces to intimate theatre and music shows
- Develop a performance programme which specifically engages disabled and non-disabled artists in creating work
- Deliver our Adopt an Author and 26 Letters literacy projects to over 1,800 young people and their families
- Deliver The Umbrella Club project which provides theatre performances and creative workshops to children with life-shortening illnesses.
- Build a flagship outreach project called Miss Represented which works with vulnerable young women aged 13-21 who face challenging and chaotic life situations.
